Tracy M. Speake
Founder and Principal
Paradigm Realty Advisors, created in 2004, was created to provide clients a single contact for real estate and project management solutions, all while maintaining a principal to principal interaction without conflicts of interest.
Tracy received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in 1989 with a double major in Finance & Real Estate and subsequently received his Masters in Business Administration from Memphis State University (now the University of Memphis) in 1991 with a Real Estate specialization.
He is a long term supporter of Hope House Memphis, having served as President in 2015-2016 & 2009-2010, President Elect 2013-2014 and 2008-2009, Treasurer 2007-2008 and currently serves as Treasurer of the Board. He also serves on the board of The Boys & Girls Clubs of Memphis Buckman Board, and has served as Chairman in 2019 & 2009 & Chairman Elect in 2008. He is a graduate of Leadership Germantown 2000 and served on Board of Directors 2005-2007 and 2002-2003.
Tracy is married to Bridgette with two children, Lawrence and Dudley. The family has fostered over 46 rescue dogs and counting and has 4 dogs of their own to date: Daisy (pictured), Millie, Scout & Gigi.
